Subscription Terms and Conditions
Welcome to our store. By subscribing to our products through the Rapi integration, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Subscription Overview
Our subscription service allows you to receive regular deliveries of your selected products at the frequency you choose during checkout. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen subscription plan.

2. Billing and Payment

  • Your subscription will automatically renew according to your selected frequency (e.g., weekly, monthly, annually, etc.) until canceled.
  • Payment for each subscription renewal will be automatically processed using the payment method provided during checkout.
  • Subscription charges will appear on your statement as WildStork Publishing.
  • We reserve the right to change subscription prices with notice provided at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
  • If we are unable to process your payment, your subscription may be paused until payment information is updated.

3. Subscription Changes and Cancellation

  • You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting our customer support at customersupport@wildstorkpublishing.com.
  • Changes to your subscription (including delivery frequency, product selection, or delivery address) must be made at least 20 business days before your next scheduled delivery.
  • Subscription cancellations must be completed at least 20 business days before your next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged for that delivery.
  • No refunds will be issued for previous subscription deliveries.
  • We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions at our discretion due to abuse, violation of our terms, or prolonged payment issues.

4. Delivery and Shipping

  • Subscription orders will be shipped according to your selected frequency.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Shipping fees for subscription orders will be clearly displayed during checkout.
  • If you wish to change your delivery address, please update your account information at least 10 business days before your next scheduled delivery.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address (digital or standard) is correct and accessible for delivery.

5. Product Availability and Substitutions

  • If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, we may:
  • Substitute the product with a similar item of equal or greater value
  • Skip the delivery of that product until it becomes available again
  • Contact you for alternative options
  • Any product substitutions will be communicated to you via email before shipping.

6. Price and Discount Terms

  • Subscription discounts, if applicable, are valid only for active subscriptions.
  • Promotional subscription rates are subject to the terms specified in the promotion.
  • We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the application of subscription discounts at our discretion.

7. Refund Policy for Subscription Products

  • Defective or damaged subscription products will be refunded or replaced according to our standard within 20 business days.
  • Subscription fees themselves are non-refundable for the current billing period.
  • If you are dissatisfied with a subscription product, please contact our customer service team to resolve the issue before your next delivery.

  • Information collected in connection with your subscription will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We may use your contact information to send notifications related to your subscription, including delivery confirmations and renewal reminders.

  • Your continued use of the subscription service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
